摘要
加入WTO已经把我国的企业推入了全球经济一体化的洪流,作为企业进步核心动力的人才问题更显突出。面对国外大公司的人才掠夺,我们的企业必须从人才发掘、培养、使用、经营到管理体制、激励机制、组织形式以及思想意识上,形成一套决战全球人才战场的“兵法”,方能立于不败之地。
Entering WTO has put our enterprises into global economy, problems of talents which are the core motive force for the progress of enterprises have become more striking. Facing foreign large companies looting talents, we have to create strategies and tactics to be unbeatable, from talent discovery, cultivation, use operation to management system, stimulating mechanism, organisation form and ideology.
