摘要 为降低电动汽车冬季低温取暖的能耗,课题组提出以环境空气和驱动电机冷却水为双热源的热泵空调系统方案。课题组设计了一种以R1234yf为制冷剂的双热源热泵空调系统,使用MATLAB/Simulink和ADVISOR软件对设计的热泵系统进行了建模仿真。模拟外界环境温度在-10~0℃时电动汽车在城市工况条件下热泵系统的采暖效果,并与PTC加热器的采暖效果进行比较,分析了热泵系统对电动汽车能耗的影响。结果表明:该双热源热泵空调系统能够降低电动汽车冬季采暖的功耗,且能够满足冬季-10~0℃环境下的采暖需求。设计的R1234yf双热源热泵空调系统在制热及节能效果方面优于PTC电加热系统。 Aiming at reducing the energy comsumption of low temperature heating of electric vehicle in winter,a scheme of heat pump air conditioning system with ambient air and cooling water of driving motor was put forward.A dual heat source heat pump air conditioning system with R1234yf as refrigerant was designed and the designed system was modeled and simulated by using MATLAB/Simulink and ADVISOR software.The heating effect of electric vehicle heat pump system was studied under urban working conditions when the external ambient temperature was simulated at-10~0℃.The stimulated results were compared with the heating effect of heat pump system with PTC heater and the influence of heat pump system on energy consumption of electric vehicle was analyzed.The results show that the dual heat source heat pump air conditioning system can reduce the heating power consumption of electric vehicles in winter and meet the heating requirements at-10~0℃in winter.The designed R1234yf double heat source heat pump air conditioning system is superior to PTC electric heating system in heating and energy saving.
