摘要
当前部分学校在学生日常管理工作中,引入了"辅导员"和"班主任"双重管理主体的管理办法,在实践中起到了积极的效果。同时,这种管理方式也带来了管理主体管理推诿和管理盲区、辅导员老师心理懈怠和班主任心理松散、管理过程中低效沟通和对管理主体的低效评价等问题。要解决问题,需要认真分析问题显现的原因,并在"双主体"治理方式过程中注意从明确职责、制度管理、学习培训、无缝对接等多种方式来推进治理效果。
Some universities have adopted a new way in college students management; which involves college counselor and class adviser working together, and found out that it has playing a positive role. But at the same time, the new way can also give rise to some problems such as blind spots in management,psychological relaxation of the counselor and the adviser, lack of communication and low efficiency evaluation in the process of management. In order to solve the problems, the causes should be delved into. To improve the management, clear job descriptions, practical rules, training and communication are all the necessary elements which need great attention.
