摘要
本研究将范例教学法融入到就业指导课程中,并运用霍兰德职业性向测试量表对范例教学法的运用效果进行检测。研究结果表明,范例教学法实施后,学生在职业类别选择上发生变化,实施后的选择结果与自身专业性更加匹配,与学生自身特点更加匹配。
To explore the function of the model teaching method in employment guidance of university students, some college students were chosen as subjects and tested with Holland personality-job fit theory.The results showed that after the introduction of model teaching method, the students had some changes in their job selection, and their choice can match their professional training and their own characteristics better.
