实践教学是实现独立学院行政管理专业培养目标的需要,也是培养符合市场需求的毕业生的重要途径。厦门大学嘉庚学院行政管理专业构建了包括课程实践、社团实践、教学实践周、毕业论文与毕业实习四大模块在内的实践教学体系。教学方向不尽明确、课程设置不尽合理、活动周期较短、实践教学平台搭建难等是目前行政管理专业实践教学体系仍存在的问题。通过明确培养目标、完善课程设置、深化实践周活动内容、设置实训教室与实验室等措施来完善。

Practice teaching is a requirement for Public Administration Program in independent colleges in order to achieve its training objectives. It's also an important way to make sure that the graduates are in line with the market demand. Public administration program in Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College has constructed a integrated practice teaching system, which includes course practice, practice in communities, the teaching practice week, thesis writing and internship. But there are still problems such as undefined teaching direction, unreasonable curriculum construction, insufficient practice time and lack of practice teaching platform. To clarify training objectives, improve the curriculum, deepen the activities in the teaching practice week and set up training classrooms and laboratories are all suitable ways to solve these problems.
