可加工陶瓷Ti_3SiC_2的合成和性能 被引量:24

摘要 可加工的Ti3 SiC2 陶瓷属于六方晶体结构 ,空间群为P6 3 /mmc。它有许多独特的优良性能 ,如很好的导电、导热能力 ,高温延展性、抗热震 ,高强度 ,抗氧化 ,耐腐蚀 ,超低摩擦性 ,良好的自润滑性等。制备该化合物的方法主要有CVD ,SHS ,HP/HIP等方法。作者以元素粉为原料 ,用等离子放电烧结 (SPS)方法成功地制备了高纯的Ti3 SiC2 陶瓷。 Machinable Ti 3SiC 2 ceramics have hexagenal crystal structure with space group of P6 3/mmc.They have a series of merits such as excellect electric and thermal conductivity,plasticity at higher temperature,thermal shock resistance,high strength at high temperatures,oxidation and chemical resistance,ultra-low friction and self-lubricating properties.Ti 3SiC 2 can be synthesized CVD,SHS,HP/HIP.Recently,the pure Ti 3SiC 2ceramics were successfully synthesized by spark plasma sintering from elemental powders
