摘要
“数字区域”是“数字中国”计划的重要构成层次 .我国已经初步具备了进行数字区域建设的物质基础和社会氛围 ,适时进行数字区域建设具有非常重要的战略意义 ;突出区域协调统筹 ,信息安全共享、资源合理配置 。
Digital region is one of the main components of the Digital China Issue. With the proper physical foundation and social environment, it is the just time for constructing the regional information infrastructure in China, and it will take much important strategic roll in the regional information construction. The main strategies to implement digital region according to the situation in now days China are put forward.
