摘要
采用复相乳液溶剂蒸发法制备适宜于复合电沉积的含荧光物质的微胶囊,研究了微胶囊在酸性硫酸铜镀液和镀镍液中的电解共沉积、微胶囊的制备工艺条件对胶囊大小及其在电镀液中的分散性以及共沉积行为的影响。同时还考察了荧光性镀层的表面形貌和荧光效果。
Microcapsules containing fluorescent material and s ui table for composite electrodeposition were prepared by using complex emulsion/so lvent evaporation technique. Electrolytic co-deposition of the microcapsule wi th metals in acidic sulfate copper plating and nickel plating solutions were inv estigated. Effect of preparation technological conditions on size of the microc apsule, and dispersibility and codeposition behavior of the microcapsule in the electroplating baths were tested. Surface morphology and fluorescence effect of the obtained metal-microcapsule fluorescence composite coatings were also inves tigated.
