摘要
探讨了6061铝合金薄壁筒形件同道次旋轮路径中,进给率对多道次拉深旋压的筒形件壁厚分布的影响。通过控制同一道次旋轮路径中两种轨迹的进给率不变,改变第三种轨迹的进给率,进行了七工况的试验,对比了筒型旋压件的壁厚分布和法兰直径。结果表明:随着返程或往程进给率的增加,筒壁壁厚会整体相应增大;进给率越大,其与壁厚之间的关系越不明显;在往程和返程进给率相同时,旋轮路径中贴模部分的进给率越高,壁厚减薄率越小。
Discussion was carried on the effect of variable feed rates on the wall thickness distribution of the thin-walled 6061 aluminum alloy cylindrical parts in multi-pass deep spinning in the same wheel path. Seven kinds of conditions were tested when the two kinds of feed rates in the same pass wheel path were kept unchanged and the third feed rate was changed. The wall thickness distribution and flange diameters of the cylindrical spinning parts were compared. The results show that with the increase of return or forward feed rate,wall thickness distribution will increase correspondingly;greater feed rate leads to less pronounced relationship between velocity and wall thickness;when the return and forward feed rates are the same,the die push feed rate is higher and wall thickness reduction is smaller.
