摘要
研究了汽车制动系统中储气筒材料5052铝合金板料MIG焊缝附近污染物形成的原因,检测分析了污染物的化学成分,并运用对比试验研究了保护气体氩气的流量及纯度、板料是否机械清理、氩气喷嘴距工件距离等因素对焊件污染程度的影响。结果表明:提高氩气的流量及纯度有利于减少焊件表面污染,焊前对板料机械清理及合理控制氩气喷嘴距工件距离也能减小焊件的污染程度。
The cause of pollutant formation near MIG welding seam of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet for gas cylinder material in automobile power system was studied.The composition of the pollutant was analyzed.And the contrast test was carried out to investigate the effects of flow rate and purity of shielding gas argon,mechanical cleaning of the sheet material and the distance of argon nozzle from the workpiece on the contamination degree of the welding parts.The results show that increasing the flow rate and purity of argon gas is beneficial to reducing the surface pollution of welding parts,and mechanical cleaning before welding and reasonable control of the distance between nozzle and workpiece can also reduce the pollution degree of welding parts.
