摘要
利用MD-40型中频直流逆变式点凸焊机,对汽车用6061铝合金板电阻点焊的工艺进行试验研究。运用正交试验方案及极差分析方法对工艺参数进行优化试验设计,采用撕裂试验等方式检验其点焊质量,并对焊点的力学性能进行拉伸测试,验证其可靠性。结果表明,当焊接电流22 k A、通电时间150 ms、电极压力0. 23 MPa时,所获得的点焊接头成型良好,无明显缺陷,其最大抗拉剪力值为3. 467 k N。
The MD-40 type intermediate frequency DC inverter type spot welding machine was used to test and study the resistance spot welding technology of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet for automobile.The orthogonal test scheme and the range analysis method were used to optimize the process parameters.The spot weld quality was tested by tear test and the tensile properties of the welding spots were tested to verify its reliability.The results show that when the welding current is 22 kA,the energization time is 150 ms,and the electrode pressure is0.23 MPa,the well-formed spot-welded joints are obtained without obvious defects,and its maximum tensile shear value is 3.467 kN.
