6063铝合金表面微弧氧化陶瓷层制备和性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以6063铝合金为基体,硅酸盐体系Na2Si O3和KOH为电解液,纳米Ti O2为添加剂,制备表面微弧氧化陶瓷层。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等手段系统分析了陶瓷层的性能。结果表明:在铝合金表面微弧氧化基本工艺参数、电解液和处理时间不变的情况下,纳米Ti O2添加剂对膜层的性能有着较大的影响。随着Ti O2纳米添加浓度增大,氧化成膜速率有所提高,陶瓷层中第二相α-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3的衍射峰明显增强,并且有少量Ti O2、Al Ti和Ti3O5新相,陶瓷层的结合力增加。 Micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating was prepared on the surface of 6063 aluminum alloy with silicate system(Na2 SiO3 and KOH)as electrolyte and nano-TiO2 as additive.The properties of the ceramic coating was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry.The results show that when the basic process parameters of micro-arc oxidation on the surface of 6063 aluminum alloy,electrolyte and treatment time remain unchanged,nano-TiO2 additive has a great influence on the properties of the ceramic coating.With the increase of nano TiO2 concentration,the formation rate of oxidation coating is improved,and the diffraction peaks of the second phaseα-Al2 O3 andγ-Al2 O3 in the ceramic coating are obviously enhanced,a few TiO2,AlTi and Ti3 O5 phases appear,and the bonding strength of the ceramic coating is increased.
