摘要
通过加入连续Si C纤维,改善Ti Al基金属间化合物室温脆性。利用Ti箔-Si C纤维-Al箔经过热压工艺制备连续Si C纤维增强Ti Al基复合材料。探索了纤维/箔铺叠次序和热压工艺对Ti Al基复合材料组织和性能的影响。利用扫描电镜、电子探针显微镜和X射线衍射仪等分析手段对其组织结构和相组成等进行了研究。研究结果表明:Si C纤维铺于Al箔与Al箔之间,采用三段式热压工艺能得到致密的微叠层Ti Al基复合材料具有良好的塑性和韧性。
The room temperature brittleness of TiAl-based intermetallic compounds is improved by addition of continuous SiC fibers.A continuous SiC fiber reinforced TiAl matrix composite was prepared by hot pressing process using Ti foil-SiC fiber-Al foil.The investigation was carried on the effects of fiber/foil layup order and hot pressing process on microstructure and properties of the TiAl-based composites.The structure and phase composition were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy,electron probe microscopy and X-ray diffractometry.The experimental results show that the SiC fiber is deposited between the Al foil and the Al foil.The three-stage hot pressing process can lead to a dense micro-laminated TiAl-based composite with good plasticity and toughness.
