道路运输是青海最基本、最主要的交通运输方式,道路运政管理是构建交通综合运输体系的关键环节。为深刻领会十八届四中全会精神,全面贯彻"依法治国"基本方略,使道路运输市场管理工作日趋规范化、程序化、制度化,本文结合青海省交通运政行业发展基本情况,浅议如何加强依法治运,全面推进我省道路运输管理工作。

As highway transportation is the most basic mode of transportation of Qinghai province,mean-while,highway transportation administration management has become the key to the construction of the com-prehensive system of transport.Based on the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 18th and the strategy of ruling the country by law,this paper,according to the present condition of transportation administration indus-try in Qinghai,discusses approaches both of strengthening the management of transportation and improving highway transportation management.
