自动离合器起步控制研究

摘要 采用手动变速器的车型在车辆起步的时候,需要踩踏离合器踏板,进行动力传递实现起步。普通离合器在平路起步或半坡起步时油门与离合器控制不当容易导致车辆熄火甚至后溜的问题。本文介绍了一种自动离合器,可以运用模糊控制技术进行离合器自动控制,实现不需要用脚踩踏离合器踏板,驾驶员只需控制油门就可以完成车辆起步。文中对多模控制方法进行了研究和论证,针对缓慢起步、正常起步和急速起步三种状态进行了试验,结果证明采用模糊控制技术实现离合器自动控制是可行的。 Vehicles equipped with manual transmission have to be started by pushing down the clutch pedal for power transmission.However,when a vehicle equipped with general clutch starting on level road and slope respectively,flameout and backward sliding are frequently caused by improper control between accelerator and clutch.In this paper,an automatic clutch,which vehicles equipped with can be started without pushing down the clutch pedal,is introduced.And with fuzzy logic control technology,drivers can start vehicles by only controlling the accelerator.Meanwhile,multi-mode control method is demonstrated through vehicle starting test,and the results prove that clutch automatic control can be realized by fuzzy logic control technology.
