摘要
本文结合我省已建成部分高等级公路的特点、阐述了对交通运输部颁《高速公路改扩建设计细则》JTG/TL11—2014的几点认识。
In this paper,combining with characteristics of part of high-grade highway that have been built in Qinghai,some understandings of design details of highway reconstruction and extension(JTG/TL11-2014)issued by MOT are clarified.
