摘要
本文通过对旧沥青及级配检测,确定采用复拌型就地热再生技术对旧路面进行再生,并通过室内配合比设计及路用性能检测。结果表明:再生沥青混合料比例宜为旧沥青路面材料+9%再生剂(以旧沥青质量的百分比计)+30%新沥青混合料(按旧沥青混合料的质量百分比计)+0.2%新沥青(按总矿料质量的百分比计),经路用性能检验,所设计的复拌型热再生沥青混合料性能良好,可用于实体工程。
Based on old asphalt and graded testing,complex mix type thermal regeneration recycling technology is confirmed to be adopted to renew old pavement,and per the interior mix design and road performance testing,the result is shown: the proportion of recycled asphalt mixture should be old asphalt pavement materials +9% regeneration agent( of old asphalt mass percentage) + 30% of new asphalt( of old asphalt mass percentage) +0. 2% of new asphalt( of total mass of mineral aggregate percentage). After road performance testing,the design of complex mix type thermal regeneration recycled asphalt mixture is with good performance for practical construction utilization.
