西宁BRT系统的研究

Study of BRT system in Xining

随着城市化进程的不断加速、经济的大幅度增长,城市交通系统正经历着日益严重的挑战。受城市道路条件限制和市民对城市公共交通的要求越来越高,发展具有高品质、高效率、低能耗、低污染、低成本的快速公交系统,是解决城市公共交通问题最重要的途径之一。本文基于西宁市公共交通的实际情况,先做了西宁市城市公交系统的总体介绍和现状分析,结合实际情况阐述发展BRT的必要性。通过对BRT中具体的站点设置、BRT优先通行技术、BRT路线规划及BRT专用车道设计的研究。提出了缓解西宁市当前交通状况的建议,并对建设BRT进行了系统性的规划。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization and the sustainable growth of economic,the urban traffic systems are facing severe challenges. The urban road has many restriction of construction condition while the citizen have growing request of the urban traffic. In this scenario,the bus rapid transit( BRT),which has advantages of high quality,high efficiency,low pollution,low cost,has become one of the most important approaches to solve the urban traffic problem. Based on the current state of the Xining public transport,this paper introduces and analyses the urban public transit system of Xining,and clarifies the necessity of the BRT. This paper also studies the specific BRT station setting,BRT traffic priority technology,BRT routing plan,and the accommodation lane design of the BRT. Finally,this paper proposes the advises to mitigate traffic jam of Xining and gives systematical plan of the BRT construction.
