据交通运输部公路建设管理推进五化工作精神,结合今年对高速公路预制梁板标准化施工管控经验,从标准化管理、预制梁施工标准化、工艺控制要点、以及质量、安全等方面进行了简要分析。认为标准化管理是实现其五化施工的基础保障,施工质量应从原材料、试验检验、施工过程等多方面、逐级严格监控。施工安全是施工过程中的"红线",必须严格管控。

According to the work spirit of promoting 'Five principles'for highway construction management of Ministry of Transport,this paper gives a brief analysis from aspects of standardized management,standardization of precast beam construction,key points of technology control,quality,safety,etc. It is believed that standardized management is foundational guarantee to achieve its' Five principles' construction,and construction quality should be gradually and strictly monitored from raw materials,test and construction process,etc. Construction safety is the'red line'during the construction process,and must be strictly controlled.
