论甘肃省回教教育促进会的产生、发展与嬗变

甘肃省回教教育促进会是民国时期甘肃回民社团的一个缩影。该促进会诞生于20世纪初,终结于50年代,最盛时其分会几乎遍及甘肃省各县,是近代回族社会中持续时间最长的教育文化团体之一。促进会近40年的风雨路程展示了近代甘肃回族教育现代化转型发展的艰难历程,更是反映了近代以来西北地区回族社会团体的发展演变。

The Gansu Muslim Education Association is an epitome of Gansu Hui nationality community during the period of the Republic of China.This Association was founded in the early 20 th century,a time of extreme turbulence,and ended in the 1950 s.In its Peak,the branches covered almost every county of Gansu province.It was one of the longest educational and cultural organizations in the modern society of Hui nationality.Its nearly40 years of stormy journey showed difficult process of the development of Gansu Hui nationality education modernization transformation,but also reflected the evolution of the development of Northwest Hui social groups in modern times.
