民族互嵌式社区异质性与族际交融关系研究——兼论社区组织的调节作用

Research on the Relationship between Inter-embedded Ethnic Community Heterogeneity and Ethnic Integration——Based on the Micro Survey of the Residents from Seven Ethnic Groups

对云南、内蒙古等七个省份社区居民发放的1230份调查问卷数据,运用结构方程模型从社区社会结构、社区环境以及社区文化三个维度分析社区异质性对族际交融的影响,并实证检验了社区组织的调节作用。研究发现:(1)社区社会结构和社区文化异质性对族际交融有显著的负向影响,社会环境异质性对族际交融具有显著的正向影响;(2)正式社区社会组织在消解社区社会结构异质性方面作用最为突出,社区居委会在提升社区环境异质性方面较为明显;(3)非正式社区社会组织在消解社区社会结构异质性方面发挥了一定作用,在其他两个方面的调节作用不明显。

Based on the data of 1230 questionnaires distributed to community residents in seven provinces including Yunnan and Inner Mongolia,this paper uses structural equation model to analyze the impact of inter-embedded ethic community heterogeneity on inter-ethnic integration from three dimensions:community social structure,community environmental quality and community culture,and empirically tests the moderating role of community organizations.The results show that:(1)the heterogeneity of community social structure and community culture have a significant negative impact on inter-ethnic integration,and the heterogeneity of social environment quality has a significant positive impact on inter-ethnic integration;(2)formal social organizations in community play the most prominent role in alleviating the heterogeneity of community social structure,and community neighborhood committees play a significant role in improving community environmental quality.(3)informal social organizations in community play a role in eliminating the heterogeneity of community social structure,but the regulatory role in the other two aspects is not obvious.
