乳腺超声BI-RADS分级与癌细胞增殖和侵袭的关系研究 被引量:1

Study on the Correlation between BI-RADS Grading of Breast Ultrasound and the Proliferation and Invasion of Cancer Cells

摘要 目的:研究乳腺癌超声BI-RADS分级与癌细胞增殖活性和侵袭性的关系。方法:选取我院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的乳腺癌患者90例为研究对象,通过比较不同BI-RADS分级乳腺癌患者的肿瘤体积、病理学分级、KI-67表达、淋巴结转移情况了解乳腺癌细胞的增殖活性及侵袭性。结果:BI-RADS分级水平越高,肿瘤体积增大、KI-67表达增高、病理学分级比重加大、淋巴结转移率升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤体积、KI-67表达、淋巴结转移率以及病理学分级和乳腺癌BI-RADS分级有关,随着肿瘤BI-RADS分级可反映乳腺癌的生物学行为,为判断患者预后提供参考信息。 Objective:This study is to analyze the related research of ultrasound BI-RADS grading breast cancer and cancer cell proliferation and its invasion.Methods:90cases of breast cancer patients who were treated in our hospital in February 2015-February 2017 were selected as the research objects,through comparing the different BI-RADS classification of patients with breast cancer tumor size and pathology classification,expression of KI-67,lymph node metastasis to study the proliferation activity of breast cancer cell and its invasion.Results:The higher the BI-RADS hierarchical level is,the more the tumor size,expression of KI-67,pathology classification and lymph node metastasis rate will increase,which shows statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The invasion was positively correlated between the breast cancer BI-RADS classification systems and tumor cell proliferation activity,and as BI-RADS tumor classification can reflect the biological behavior of breast cancer,it can provide a reference for judging prognosis information of patients.
