摘要
根据锦27块大凌河油层岩性及低渗稠油油藏特点,以及水平井钻井施工要求,钻井过程中大斜度段选用低土相硅聚合物钻井液体系,水平段选用无土相复合盐水聚合物完井液体系。结果表明,上述钻井液、完井液体系不仅满足了水平井大斜度段防塌防漏、井壁稳定和清洁井眼要求,而且满足了水平段油层保护要求,获得了良好的生产效果。
According to the lithology of Dalinghe reservoir in block Jin 27 and features of low permeability and heavy oil reservoir, as well as horizontal well drilling requirement, low bentonite silicon polymer drilling fluid was used in highly - deviated interval, and compound brine polymer completion fluid without bentonite was used in horizontal interval . The result showed that the above drilling fluid and completion fluid systems met the requirements of anti - sloughing, leak - proof, and wall stabilization and cleaning in highly - deviated interval, and also the requirement of reservoir protection in horizontal interval. Good effect had been achieved.
