摘要
采用正交试验对飞机高强度钢零件的超音速电弧喷涂铝基防护层的工艺参数进行了优化试验,根据对结合强度、孔隙率和耐腐蚀性能指标的测试,确定了相应的优化参数。当工艺参数为喷涂距离200mm、电压34V、电流160A时,铝基防护层具有良好的防护性能,为后续的工艺研究提供参考。
Based on the bonding strength, porosity and corrosion resistance of spraying aluminum protective coatings on the high\|strength steel parts of aircraft, the optimal technological parameters including arc distance, voltage and arc current were chosen by orthogonal experiment method. When the spraying parameters are the 200 mm, 34 V and 160 A, a better protective coating had obtained.
