摘要
采用专利技术制备了弹性纳米粒子(ENP)/纳米二氧化钛(TiO_2)复合材料,并使用这种复合材料改性聚丙烯(PP),制备了具有较高韧性和较好灭菌性能的PP纳米复合材料。当丁苯ENP的用量为2%,平均粒径为50 nm的金红石型TiO_2用量为1%时,所研制的PP纳米复合材料的冲击强度可提高30%以上,灭菌率可达60%。
A kind of elastomeric nano-particle (ENP)/nano-TiO2 composite was prepared with the proprietary technology, and the resultant nanocomposite was utilized to modify polypropylene (PP) on the purpose of making a kind of PP nanocomposite possessing both high toughness and good antibacterial action. When the dosage of ENP of butadiene-styrene rubber reached 2% and average particle size of TiO2 with crystal structure of rutile was 50 nm, the impact strength of the PP nanocomposite so prepared could be raised by over 30% and the sterilization rate of the nanocomposite could attain 60%.
