摘要
介绍了加氢裂化装置新氢压缩机Hydro COM气量调节系统的应用情况。国内首次应用该技术,通过延迟关闭进气阀的方式,对气量进行回流调节,减少气体经压缩后返回的功耗,节能效果显著。
The application situation of Hydro COM gas capacity regulation system of fresh hydrogen compressor in hydrocracking unit was recommended. That technology was applied for the first time at domestic. By means of delayed closing gas inlet valve , the gas capacity was regulated by reflux, the return power loss of compressed gas was decreased . The effect of energy saving was obvious-
