摘要 焦化加热炉的工作条件较苛刻,炉管内的结焦难以避免。结焦量直接影响装置处理量及管内的流动状态,困扰整个装置的正常生产。该文通过长期对焦化加热炉炉管的结焦监测,总结出炉管的结焦计算公式,并提出了结焦指数,用于调整工艺操作,取得了一定的效果,对延长加热炉的运转周期和炉管的使用寿命,有一定的指导意义。 The working condition of coking furnace was severe. The coking in furnace pipe cannot be avoided. The amount of coking affected directly the treatment capacity of unit and the flow situation in pipe, and puzzled the normal production of whole unit. By means of coking monitoring and measuring of the coking furnace pipe for a long period, the calculation formula of furnace pipe coking was summarized. , The coking index was proposed. By the use of that, the process operation was adjusted, the certain effect was obtained, and has a certain guiding meaning for prolonging the operation period of furnace and the service life of furnace pipe.
