摘要
分析了硫化氢燃烧炉炉衬发生衬体坍塌、熔化等破坏的原因,提出了改进耐火砖材质和尺寸、使用不定型耐火材料浇注炉衬等方案,确保炉壁不超温,装置安全运行。
The failure reason of lining body caving, melting , etc. , for hydrogen sulphid combustion furnace was analyzed. The improvement plans were put forward. That were changing the material quality and size of refractory brick, adopting unfixed shape refractory material casting furnace lining etc. . The temperature of furnace wall without over temperature was secured . The operation of unit was safe.
