双列反向动压槽型零泄漏机械密封的研究及应用 被引量:6

摘要 分析了双列反向流体动压槽型上游泵送机械密封的工作原理,针对现用普通接触式机械密封存在的问题,研究开发出适用于现场间歇操作汽油泵的零泄漏上游泵送机械密封。应用结果表明,研制的双列反向流体动压槽型上游泵送机械密封可适用于频繁开、停泵轴封,具有实现密封介质零泄漏、启动性能好、使用寿命长、运行费用低等优点。 The working principle of mechanical seal of double row reversal fluid dynamic pressure slot type upstream pumping was analyzed. In accordance with the problem existed in common contact type mechanical seal at present , the zero leakage upstream pumping mechanical seal that was seitable for we in gasoline pump of intermittent operation at site was developed. The application proved that: the developed double row reversal fluid dynamic pressure slot type upstream pumping mechanical seal was suitable for use in often start up and shut down pump shaft seal,and had the advantages of zero leakage of seal, good start up property ,long service life and low operation expense.
