烧结金属丝网滤芯过滤性能的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在自行设计的精细过滤试验装置上对尺寸φ40mm×1000mm、绝对过滤精度为10μm的烧结金属丝网进行了多种过滤性能试验。结果表明:(1)同一流速下滤管两侧压差随过滤时间的增加而不断增加,在初始阶段(20~30min)压力增加较快,以后压力基本上呈线性增加;(2)在不同过滤速度下,流速越大滤管压差增加速度越快,单根滤管的过滤流速不得超过300L/h;(3)同一过滤速度下,固体质量浓度越大,压力升高越快,这种滤芯不宜处理浓度超过0.3g/L的悬浮液;(4)相同固体含量下,随着悬浮液中含油量的增加,滤管两端压差升高加快;(5)中位粒径越小的颗粒压差增长越快,这种滤芯不适合处理中位粒径小于5μm的悬浮液。 The filtering performance of a sintering wiremesh is tested on a self-designed fine filtering test system. The size of the wiremesh tested is 40mm×1000mm and its absolute filtering precision is 10μ m. The result of the test shows that: (1) at the same velocity of flow, the pressure differential on the two sides of the filter pipe increases with the increase of filtering time, and the pressure rises rapidly in the initial period (20-30min), then increases in a linear mode; (2) at different filtering speed, the larger of the flow rate, the faster the pressure differential increases, and the flow rate in a single filtering pipe should not be more than 300L/h; (3) at the same filtering speed, the larger the mass concentration of the solids, the faster the pressure rises, and this means this kind of filtering element is not suitable for treating suspended liquid with a concentration of more than 0.3g/L; (4) with the same solid contents, the pressure differential on the two ends of the filtering pipe rises faster with the increase of the oil cut in the suspended liquid; (5) this kind of filtering element is not suitable for treating the suspended liquid with a median particle diameter of less than 5μm.
