摘要
针对胜九注4号注水泵机组的电动机因绝缘老化而被烧毁及修复后机组运行状态不好等问题,采用电流频谱诊断法和振动频谱诊断法,对该机组进行了精密诊断和连续跟踪监测,找出了故障原因及故障部位,并予以排除。对注水泵测点3的振动值不超标而泵却存在故障隐患做了探讨。通过检测诊断提出3点建议:(1)大中修后的注水泵机组的电动机应在无负荷运行时进行振动测试,此时电动机的标准振动位移≤0.02mm;(2)注水泵高低压端标准位移由≤0.06mm降为≤0.05mm;(3)数据采集和诊断分析时不能局限于某些表面现象,尤其不能忽略重要的低量值振动信息,以提高故障诊断的准确性。
By means of current frequency spectrum diagnosis and vibration frequency spectrum diagnosis, precise diagnosis and continuous tracking monitoring of No.4 pump-motor system in a certain water injection station of Shengli Oilfield is conducted. The reasons for the trouble of the system are analyzed and the location of the trouble is found, and the trouble is removed in the end.
