摘要
调压注水泵是在增压注水泵基础上发展起来的一种新技术装备,它可以把配水间来水压力重新分配,同时产生一个高压和一个低压,分别为高压欠注井和低压注水井注水,既减少低压注水井注水闸门节流造成的能量损失,又达到为高压欠注井增压注水之目的。介绍了调压注水泵的结构、工作原理及主要技术参数。东辛采油厂采用3台TYB—Ⅰ调压注水泵调配高压欠注井4口,低压注水井3口,累计运行5587h,连续运行达2025h,运行平稳,故障少,完全满足生产需要。
The pressure-regulating water injection pump is a new equipment developed on the basis of booster pump. It can redistribute the water from the water-regulating room and realizes high-pressure and low-pressure water injection respectively. The structure, operating principle and main technical parameters of the new pump are described. 3 sets of pressure-regulating pump were used in Dongxin Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield, and the result shows that they operate smoothly with less trouble.
