摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法研制了FP-DS硫转移剂,考察了固体尖晶石的结构、焙烧温度、水热老化、过渡金属的引入对硫转移剂的影响。研制的硫转移剂在锦西炼化总厂进行了工业试验。结果表明,FP-DS硫转移剂能有效降低再生烟气中SOx含量,其中第一及第二再生器烟气中SOx的脱除率分别为64.6%和81.1%。该助剂的使用对催化裂化产品的分布和质量无明显的影响。
FP-DS sulfur transfer agent was prepared by sol-gel method. The influences of solu-tion spinel structure, calcining temperature, hydrothermal aging and the introduction of transition metai on sulfur transfer activity were investigated. The said additive was commercially tested in the FCCU of Jinxi Petrochemical Complex. The results showed that the additive could effectively reduce SOx contents in FCC flue gas. The removal rates of SOx in the first and second regenerators were 64. 6% and 81.1% respectively. The additive had no obvious effect on FCC product slate and quality.
