摘要
以乳化重油和普通重油作为催化裂化原料油,在实验室固定流化床上比较了两者的反应行为,并考察了乳化重油体系中水含量以及乳化剂含量对反应结果的影响。结果表明,乳化重油与普通重油相比,汽油收率提高2.16~3.97个百分点,但转化率和柴油的收率提高不太显著,最多分别提高了1.12和1.52个百分点,焦炭和干气收率分别降低0.80~1.71个百分点和0.20~0.38个百分点;乳液体系中适宜的含水量及乳化剂含量分别为6%和0.050%~0.075%。
The reaction behaviors of heavy oil before and after emulsification were conducted on a fixed-fluidized bed reactor in laboratory, and the dosages of water and emulsifier were investigated. In comparison with the heavy oil before emulsification, the naphtha yield of the emulsified heavy oil in-creased by 2. 16 to 3. 97 percentages, but the improvement of LCO and conversion was not so obvious, which only increased by 1.12 and 1. 52 percentages respectively. The coke and dry gas yields decreased by 0. 80 to 1. 71 and 0. 20 to 0. 38 percentages respectively. The suitable dosages of water and emulsifier were 6% and 0. 050% to 0. 075% respectively.
