摘要
针对抽油机减速箱漏油的原因及部位,确定了减速箱密封结构改造中应遵循均压、疏导和堵漏的3个原则。据此,提出了最佳改造方案:减速箱输入轴采用多重式迷宫密封结构,输出轴采用盘根盒密封结构。介绍了两种密封结构特点及原理,并确定了主要技术参数。在减速箱漏油较严重的34口井上做了密封改造试验,最长试验时间22个月,均未出现漏油现象,随后在250台抽油机减速箱上成功地进行了推广应用。
The criteria for technical reform of gear reducer of a pumping unit are determined in the light of the location and reasons of oil leakage of the gear reducer. It is put forward that the multi-labyrinthic sealing and stuffing box sealing are adopted respectively on the input shaft and output shaft of the reducer. The design feature and principle of the two seals are introduced. Field test shows that no oil leakage occurs by using the reformed seals.
