摘要
使用C_8柱和紫外检测器,对二硫氰基甲烷试样进行高效液相色谱分离和测定,其回收率为99.32％,变异系数为0.4571％。
A method for quantitative analysis of methylene dithiocyanate by HPLC C8 packed column. The results showed that standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery was 0.2947,0. 3188% , 99. 23% ,respectively,this method was simple and accurately.
