Utilization and Management of Fir Extinguisher in Tankfarm

灭火器的配置和使用管理是影响油库灭火器灭火效能的主要因素。通过对灭火器配置的类型、数量、灭火级别、配置位置、配置环境和灭火器使用管理情况的分析,指出只有严格按照与油库灭火器相关的规范要求进行配置,建立健全油库灭火器使用管理的各项措施,加大消防专业队伍的建设,才能保证油库灭火器在扑灭初期火灾时的效能达到最优。

Rational allocation and management for fire extinguisher of tankfarm is important. This paper analyzes the fire extinguisher's allocation requirements, number, fire control class, location, environment and use method. It is pointed out that the allocation of fire extinguisher must be in line with relative standards or codes and established the utilization system,which can assure the fire control efficiency of fire extinguisher in controlling the initial fire.
