造粒流化床技术用于活性污泥分离浓缩的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 运用上向流造粒流化床处理装置进行了西安市北石桥污水净化中心活性污泥分离浓缩的半生产性试验。在总水力停留时间为 2 0min的条件下 ,形成了良好粒状污泥 ,经滤网式泥斗分离后的污泥含水率达到 92 .99%~ 94 .36 % ,出水SS浓度可达到 5mg/L左右。该装置可代替二沉池和污泥浓缩池两个构筑物 ,同时达到泥水分离和污泥浓缩的目的。粒状污泥具有的致密构造和优越的形态学特征是其达到良好处理效果的根本原因。 Pilot plant experimental research of upward granular fluidized bed was conducted for activated sludge thickening and solid/liquid separation at Beishiqiao Wastewater Treatment Plant in Xi'an City. Best sludge granulate was formed at total hydraulic retention time of 20 min. By further separation of net filter bucket the water content of sludge reduced to 92 99%~94 36% and the SS content in effluent reduced to 5 mg/L. The functions of sludge liquid separation and sludge thickening should be completed simultaneously at this facility and the secondary sedimentation tank and sludge thickener could be replaced. The sludge granulates with compact structure and refined morphology give essential confidence to the wastewater treatment.
