To study the important thought of “Three Presents' and act the spirit of th e 16th National Congress of the CPC it is necessary to stre ngthen the ideologic al work. Ideological work should around the center, serve the overall situation, submit to the economic building and go all out to develop the socialism product ive force. Impoving ideological quality and scientific quality ,forming healthy spirit and mood of society are also the essential task of our party's ideologica l work.
