妇女的素质影响到民族的素质 ,妇女的发展水平影响着一个国家的综合国力。知识女性是中国妇女中素质优良、层次较高的一个群体 ,是我国全面建设小康社会进程中不可忽视的人力资源。从一定意义上说 ,知识女性投身全面建设小康社会的征程 ,无异于投身一场新的、更加伟大的妇女解放运动 ,如何与时俱进 ,以新的形象和姿态迎接新的机遇和挑战 ,做无愧于时代的妇女先锋 ?这是值得认真思考和研究的课题。

Women intellectuals are a qualified and highly-skilled group of Chinese women population and as well human resources which should not be ignored in the process of the process of the all-round construction of comfortably-off communi ty. To some extent, that women intellectuals plunge into the process of all-roun d construction of comfortably-off community is like that they participate in a g reat new women's emancipation movement. How do they act as women pioneers of the times keeping pace with the times and confronting to new chances and challenges with new morale and bearing? This is a project worthy of thinking and studying.
