摘要 目的 探讨多发性内分泌腺瘤ⅡA型 (MEN ⅡA)的CT表现 ,提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析经临床手术病理证实的 6例病人CT资料 ,6例均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 甲状腺髓样癌 :颈部CT平扫表现为甲状腺一叶或双叶密度均匀或不均匀、边界不清的肿块 ,增强后不均匀强化 ,淋巴结边缘明显强化 ,中央呈低密度 ;嗜铬细胞瘤 :双侧肾上腺CT平扫表现为单侧或双侧肾上腺有完整包膜的密度均匀或不均匀的肿块 ,增强后呈不均匀强化。结论 CT对本病的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值 ,对评价肿瘤与周围结构的关系和制定手术方案十分重要。 Objective To explore CT manifestations of multiple endocrine neoplasia ⅡA(MEN-ⅡA), and improve the diagnostic ability and the understanding of the disease. Methods The CT manifestations of surgery and pathology proved MEN-ⅡA in 6 patients were reviewed retrospectively. All patients received the CT pre- and post-contrast scanning. Results CT manifestations of MEN-ⅡA MTC: The manifestations of cervical CT scan were homogeneous or heterogeneous in density, and unclear edge appeared in one or both lobes. Heterogeneous enhancement appeared in contrast enhanced CT scan, circular enhancement appeared in metastatic lymph nodes, and the center of the tumors was low density. Pheochromocytoma: The manifestations of CT scan in adrenal areas were homogeneous or heterogeneous in density, and clear edge appeared in one or both adrenal, heterogeneous enhancement appeared in contrast enhanced CT scan. Conclusion CT is valuable for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of MEN-ⅡA, and is important in the delineation of tumor extent and surgical planning.
