摘要
幼儿园转岗教师是中小学布局调整后由中小学转到幼儿园工作的教师,其专业发展情况影响着整个幼儿教师队伍的发展情况。以2011-2017年102篇研究文献为研究对象,从论文刊发年份、文献来源、研究方法、研究内容等维度对102篇文献进行深入分析,发现近七年转岗幼儿教师的相关研究中高层次的研究较少,对转岗幼儿教师的关注度不高,研究方法单一,且质性研究较少,研究内容缺乏系统性等问题,并针对问题提出未来研究展望。
Transferred teachers in kindergartens are teachers who transfer from primary and secondary schools to kindergartens after adjustment of the layout of primary and secondary schools.Its professional development affects the development of the whole team of preschool teachers.This paper takes 102 research papers from 2011 to 2017 as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis of 102 papers from the publication year,literature sources,research methods and research contents.It is found that there are few high-level studies on transferred preschool teachers in the past seven years.The focus is not high;the research methods are single,and the qualitative research is less;the research content is Lack of systematicity and other issues,and the future research prospects are put forward to provide reference for follow-up research.
