摘要 "严重急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome,SARS)",又称为"传染性非典型性肺炎(infectious atypical pneumonia)",是由新型变异的冠状病毒感染引起的一种以肺部感染病变为主要特征的新型传染病,是一种新的、传染性强、死亡率高的急性呼吸道传染病.SARS传播速度很快,在全球广泛流行,到目前为止几个月内我国大陆、香港、台湾、北美、欧洲等33国家或地区均有发现.截止至2003-06-06,全球SARS临床诊断病例已达8 404例,累计死亡779例;在我国内地流行形势一度十分严峻,目前已经得到有效的控制.经包括我国科技人员在内的世界各国科学家的联合快速攻关,于2003-04-16 WHO正式宣布冠状病毒的变异株(SARS-CoV)是传染性非典型肺炎病原体.我们认为临床确诊SARS患者必须重视流行病学接触史、持续出现的发热、头痛等流感样症状及动态观察患者的胸片均是十分必要的.SARS目前尚无特异性治疗和预防方法,主要应用糖皮质激素、抗病毒、抗感染、机械通气、严密隔离等,新的药物和方法尚在研究中.SARS流行已严重干扰和影响了我国乃至国际社会的经济和社会发展,因此控制其流行、研究SARS科学、规范、可靠而有效的治疗方案刻不容缓.目前的研究尚存在许多待解决的问题,随着基础研究的进展,针对SARS的技术和药物终将出现,最终征服这一人类从未面临的疾病.
