摘要
目的 :建立外周血单核细胞内谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量的检测方法及健康人的参考值。方法 :利用 Tietze还原酶法检测不同性别、不同年龄健康人群外周血单核细胞内的 GSH含量。结果 :正常人群中外周血单核细胞内 GSH含量男女分别为 :[(1 33.88± 72 .32 )× 1 0 - 9]mm ol/ L,[(1 4 1 .5 1± 5 8.98)× 1 0 - 9]mm ol/ L,男女之间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,测得各年龄段值 :30岁以下为 [(1 32 .99± 4 9.1 6 )× 1 0 - 9]m mol/ L ,30~ 39岁为 [(1 2 9.0 0± 6 8.4 1 )× 1 0 - 9]m mol/ L ,4 0~ 4 9岁为 [(1 32 .6 7±4 7.2 5 )× 1 0 - 9]mm ol/ L ,5 0~ 5 9岁为 [(1 5 2 .1 7± 73.72 )× 1 0 - 9]mmol/ L ,6 0岁以上为 [(1 5 0 .84± 1 0 4 .2 7)× 1 0 - 9]m mol/ L。各年龄段 GSH值无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :该方法所测结果可信 ,可作为使用内源性 GSH合成抑制剂增强放疗和化疗效果的参考依据。
Objective:To establish a test method about glutathione content of mondcyte in healthy people's blood and its reference data Methods: Using tietze methods to test the GSH content of mondcyte in healthy people's blood in different sexes and different ages. Result:The GSH content in men and women are[(133 88±72 32)×10 -9 ] mmol/L and [(141 51±58 98)×10 -9 ] mmol/L, respectively(P>0 05); the GSH content in younger than 30 years, 30~39 years, 40~49 years, 50~59 years and above 60 years are[(132 99±49 16)×10 -9 ] mmol/L, [(129 00±68 41)×10 -9 ] mmol/L,[(132 67±47 25)×10 -9 ] mmol/L,[(152 17±73 72)×10 -9 ] mmol/L,[(150 84±104 27)×10 -9 ] mmol/L respectively(P>0 05).Conclusion:This method is simple and the results are accurate. The results are reliable when we use chemosensitization and radiosensitization to decrease the GSH content.
