口腔鳞癌患者术后可溶性白介素2受体水平的动态检测

THE SERIAL DETERMINATION OF THE SOLUBLE INTERLEUKIN-2 RECEPTOR LE-VELS IN POSTOPE RATIVE PATIENTS WITH ORAL SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA

目的 :探讨口腔鳞癌患者术后血清可溶性白介素 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)水平的变化在术后病情监测及预后评估中的意义。方法 :用 EL ISA法动态检测 4 7例口腔鳞癌患者术前 1 d及术后 0 .2 5、0 .75、1、3、6个月血清 s IL- 2 R水平同时检测 30例正常人血清s IL- 2 R水平。结果 :4 7例口腔鳞癌患者术前血清 s IL- 2 R水平明显高于正常人水平 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;术后 1周患者血清 s IL- 2 R水平较术前升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;其中 4 2例术后 6个月无复发或转移患者的血清 s IL- 2 R水平在术后 1周至 6个月呈下降趋势 ,至术后 6个月接近正常人水平 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而 5例分别在术后 3～ 6个月复发或转移患者的血清 s IL- 2 R水平在术后 1个月开始明显上升(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :s IL- 2

Objective:This study aims to analyze the prognostic value of the serum sIL 2R in the posto perative patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Methods:Serum sIL 2R levels in 47 patients with OSCC have been detected with sandwich ELISA one day before operation and 0 25 month, 0 75 month, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation respectively.Result:The serum sIL 2R levels of 47 patients are significantly higher than those of normal group and 1 week after operation the serum sIL 2R levels rise when compared with those of preoperation. We can also observe the decreasing levels of sIL 2R in 42 cases of patients who have no recurrence or metastasis after operation and that serum sIL 2R levels in the patients nearly reach normal levels till the 6 th month, while serum sIL 2R levels in other 5 cases of patients who undergo recurrence or metastasis from the 3 rd month to the 6 th month after operation keep high levels in the same time. Conclusion:The sIL 2R as a biomarker reflecting the host immunological state may predict the outcome of the postoperative patients with OSCC.
