粒细胞集落刺激因子对卵巢癌细胞株生长曲线的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子 (G- CSF)对卵巢癌细胞株生长曲线的影响。方法 :采用 XTT比色法检测不同浓度 G-CSF对卵巢癌细胞株 3AO及 CAOV3细胞生长曲线的影响。结果 :不同浓度 G- CSF作用 2 4~ 1 2 0 h范围内 ,对 3AO及 CAOV3细胞的生长曲线均无明显性的影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :G- CSF作用较长时间对卵巢癌细胞株 3AO及
