摘要
介绍了有关水力发电机组和吸水管/尾水管的振动资料和实用经验,引用不同的故障况例说明振动预测对于水力发电厂维修的好处,对于水力发电厂机组的典型振动和噪音给以图解分析。对于不平衡、涡轮气蚀、不对中、吸水管/尾水管共振、止漏环的腐蚀、尾水管的功率摆动和100Hz的铁心共振等导致水力发电机的振动/噪音做了特征分析。
This paper provides practical experiences and vibration data of slow speed hydro turbine -generators and their associated structures, such as the penstock and draft tube. The benefits of using vibration monitoring as part of the predictive maintenance program for hydro plants are documented in different case histories. Typical vibration and noise data of turbine runner cavitation, mechanical & hydraulic unbalance, misalignment, penstock resonance, draft-tube resonance, draft tube surging due to pressure pulsation, rough-zone operations, worn seals and generator 120 Hz core resonance are displayed and analyzed.
