摘要
扩大高校的招生规模,增加培养数量,提高培养质量进而发挥高等教育的效益是我国高等教育发展的任务。从体制改革、人文社会科学人才的培养、人力资本的开发等方面理清高等教育的效益问题,是本文的关节点。
It is the task of high education to benefit from larger enrollment and better training. This paper explains the benefit problem of high education in the aspects of system reform, training of the personnel of humanities and reducing the cost of labor force.
