摘要
制定科学规范的教学管理制度,建立健全全面教学监督、评价、激励和考核的管理机制,并在教学管理中进行改革创新,只有通过加强教学管理的过程管理机制,建立可持续发展的有效运行教学管理机制,才能保证高校的教学质量。
This paper described how to bring into full play of teaching management mechanism of monitor, evaluation, inspirit and assessment; constitute scientific and normativ teaching management system; deepen reformation and innovation of teaching process management. Only by enhancing teaching process management and building effectively continuable developmental teaching management mechanism can assure teaching quality of higher education, advance utlization ratio of education resources.
