Higher Education Popularization and the Mode for Running Subsidiary Colleges

在世界高等教育格局发生巨变的背景下,结合我国高等教育实现大众化的进程,从理论上论述了公立大学民营化的发展趋势,总结归纳了初具雏形的具有多种体制的民办高教格局,同时,针对二级学院的办学模式进行了有益探索。

Under the background of the world higher education structure's great changes, based on the perspectives of Marxist dialectical materialism, and with the progress of higher education popularization in China, this paper theoretically expounds the future trend of running public universities by the local people, summarizes the pattern of running higher education by the local people which has a variety of systems and is beginning to take shape and at the same time explores the beneficial pattern of running higher education by the local people. 
